The Founder and Principal of the company is Edison L. Sumner who previously served as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Bahamas Chamber of Commerce and Employers Confederation. He is also the Honorary Consul for The Republic of Namibia in The Bahamas.

Edison brings strong visionary and influential leadership to the company, having served previously in numerous other leadership roles and capacities in the private sector as well as national boards and committees in The Bahamas.
